What type of crafter do you like the best (Farmer, Cook, etc...)?

I haven't really done much crafting other than my explorer profession (which has forestry, prospecting, and tailoring). I find that the forestry and tailoring go well together because the leather you make from hides can be used to make armour. When I start using my LM, I will probably get Tinker (scholar, farmer, prospecting) just b/c it has to vocations I haven't used yet. Explorer is easy to build up. If you go to the LOTRO-wiki there is an article showing which professions are easy and hard to build up.
I also think weaponsmith and metalsmith would be good because you can make weapons from them I am presuming, even though I have yet to use them.
